The KSC Health Education and Wellness program collaborates with other KSC programs such as the KSC Fitness Center, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), RehabWorks and Balance Zone to provide various outreach and engagement events to the KSC Workforce.

NASAMoves! is a NASA-wide event, sponsored by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCHMO). The Sign-Up Cut-Off date is Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

KSC Walk Run

KSC Launch & Landing Facility

The Walk Run is a simultaneously occurring two-mile walk or run, 5K run, and 10K run on the KSC Launch & Landing Facility (previously known as the Shuttle Landing Facility). The KSC Walk Run is open to permanently badged KSC/SF employees and a maximum of four (4) guests per employee. Guests must be at least 12 years old to participate.
