Challenge Yourself, start an exercise group or just keep track of your progress. All the physical activity websites we have selected include plans to get you started toward a healthy lifestyle. As always, your KSC Occupational Health team is available to help you get started in a safe, healthy and sustainable way. Don’t hesitate to stop by the OHF, one of our Fitness Centers or RehabWorks for advice or answers to your questions. The KSC Occupational Health personnel recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

Remember; many of us have the opportunity to exercise and burn extra calories throughout the day – it’s simple – take the stairs! Just thirty minutes of stair use (it doesn’t have to be all at once) can burn up to 300 calories and – it saves money.
