LSP Student Volunteer Experience
Overview
The LSP Student Volunteer Experience is a one-week experience that gives college students with unconventional schedules the opportunity to have a behind the scenes look at working for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. During the week, the selected students will shadow NASA civil servants, meet with senior leaders, tour historic NASA facilities, network with professionals, participate in a local outreach event, and maybe see a rocket launch up close! This program includes openings in engineering, business/finance, and education & outreach/public affairs.
In 2025, we will offer this program two different weeks; May 19-23, 2025, and August 4-8, 2025. While you can apply for both weeks, you can only be selected for one week. The applications for these opportunities will be open for one week; February 3-9, 2025. Note: the application will appear at the bottom of this page during the application window only. If you have any questions, please send them HERE.
