KSC Authorized Catering Services

The following vendors have exclusive first rights for food and beverage sales to all catered events on KSC property, to include KARS I and KARS II and exempting KSC Visitor Complex and Saturn V Facility where Delaware North Park Services retains a preferential right.

These menus are provided as guides to help you in planning your special event. We understand that you may desire tailored items or menu choices so our vendors are eager to meet your needs. Please contact them directly for assistance/ideas in planning a custom menu that will make your event a memorable experience at a reasonable cost.

When sponsoring a catered event on KSC, KSC organizations/employees are required to first consider catering services offered by the food service providers on center, which can be found below. An exemption may be requested and approved by the Exchange Operations Manager. The Exchange Operations Manager may approve an exemption based on one of the following two conditions:

1. If onsite Concessionaire is not able to fulfill the requested menu, the organization/employee may purchase food from an external vendor. Though not required, in exchange for a fee of 10% of the catering invoice amount (less tax and tip) paid by the external vendor to Concessionaire, the external vendor may utilize the kitchen space and any purchased, leased, or rented equipment, and fixtures, whether furnished or owned by the Exchange or an onsite Concessionaire.
2. Onsite Concessionaire is able to fulfill the requested menu but the organization/employee still chooses to purchase from an external vendor. If granted this exemption, the external vendor is expected to pay Concessionaire a fee of 10% of the catering invoice amount. The external vendor may utilize the kitchen space and any purchased, leased, or rented equipment, and fixtures, whether furnished or owned by the Exchange or an onsite Concessionaire.

When external vendors are used, the sponsoring KSC organization/employee is responsible for submitting badge requests and scheduling food inspections with KSC Public Health.
