Each cardholder will be entitled to bring in up to 10 guests (10 to 1 rule) at no cost (excludes reserved facility\/areas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Park Usage for Recreational Purposes (e.g., camping, fishing, canoeing, miniature golf, excluding reserved facilities\/areas. Individual KARS Park members will be permitted to sponsor 10 guests (10 to 1 Rule)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Member&nbsp;<strong>must<\/strong>&nbsp;accompany and remain with guests for the duration of
