The definition includes insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides, and antimicrobials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family advgb-tccua2-oy0133-x702tm\">In Florida the production, distribution, sale, use, storage, and disposal of pesticides is regulated by one Federal and three Florida laws. These laws are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Florida Pesticide Law, Chapter 487 of the Florida Statutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Florida Structural Pest Control Act, Chapter 482 of the Florida Statutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Florida Mosquito Control Law, Chapter 388 of the Florida Statutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family advgb-be5xt7-01l3if-f8kmac\">The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regulates pesticide use in the State of Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family advgb-52p6pj-1r0bmb-34oygu\">The KSC requirements for pesticide management are found in Chapter 18 of KNPR 8500.1 (KSC Environmental Requirements).
